Systems Integration Manager - Remote

Overview

The Systems Integration Manager will serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues, ensuring smooth execution of customer integration projects.

In Short

• Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution.
• Develop tailored integration plans based on client needs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations.
• Create and update resources for self-serve integrations.
• Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers about project status.
• Guide customers through integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Technical Consulting or Project Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and project management skills.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support.
• Strong understanding of API integrations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
