HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist – People Communications & Engagement will own day‑to‑day HR generalist support with a primary focus on partner communication, HR marketing, learning management, performance programs, and corporate events.

In Short

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for portfolio company leaders.
• Draft and distribute partner updates and FAQs related to HR processes.
• Partner with Marketing to translate HR programs into campaigns.
• Administer the LMS, including course assignments and reporting.
• Support performance management cycle and train managers.
• Coordinate company-wide HR and culture communications.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on onboarding and policy questions.
• Maintain HR content in systems and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and leadership.
• Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in communications or performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools.
