Overview

The HR Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle by managing HR operations, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records, and compliance activities.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding processes from offer letter to first day of employment.
  • Perform HRIS data entry and audits for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in communication and maintenance of HR policies.
  • Oversee offboarding processes and analyze exit interviews.
  • Support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR operations and documentation updates.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum two years of HR experience or equivalent education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
