HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist role is responsible for the Human Resource daily support of assigned HR Field Teams within AdaptHealth. Oversee various HR functional areas and projects to strengthen the breadth of their experience delivering on HR initiatives and contributing to the overall HR function.

In Short

• Enters and updates employee data into the HRIS and audits data for accuracy.
• Reviews and processes HR tickets for employee status changes.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Organizes, files, and maintains all employee personnel files.
• Updates current employee profiles in HRIS system.
• Ensures all new hire employees have HRIS profiles created prior to hire date.
• Communicates with new hires regarding paperwork and processes.
• Assists with recruitment and interview processes.
• Prepares offer letters and documentation for employee changes.
• Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth’s Corporate Compliance Program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
• Two (2) years related experience is required.
• Experience as Executive Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
