Overview

The HR Generalist role at Ennoble Care involves supporting a dynamic People team in various HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Support core HR functions, including onboarding and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Generalists and HRBPs to support workforce growth.
• Manage employee data in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Assist with policy development and employee communications.
• Balance proactive engagement with established processes.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Adapt to changing business needs and juggle multiple priorities.
• Pitch in during peak periods and support team efforts.
• Work East Coast hours, with preference for East Coast candidates.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
• Solid foundation in core HR principles.
• Outgoing, personable, and proactive attitude.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and communication.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work East Coast hours.
