Contract Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Contract Healthcare Recruiter to work remotely and support various markets across the East Coast and the Midwest. The Contract Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses and administrative staff for open positions across all practices in multiple states.

In Short

• Work remotely to support recruitment across the East Coast and Midwest.
• Source and recruit Healthcare Providers and administrative staff.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain a database of applicants.
• Represent the company positively during applicant interactions.
• Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Follow up with applicants in a timely manner.
• Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline.
• Attend team meetings to develop recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrate core values of compassion and integrity.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry or desire to learn.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills, orally and written.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain and update data in electronic databases.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver.
• Excellent people skills.
