The Healthcare Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting candidates for clinical and operational roles within the organization, focusing on mission-driven roles that support children and adolescents with autism.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting clinical roles within healthcare.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting healthcare paraprofessional roles (preferred).
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules across time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
