Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Our client, a Costa Mesa, CA-based agency specializing in non-medical services for activities of daily living (ADLs), is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to manage recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver scheduling. The agency’s caregivers support clients who wish to age in the comfort of their homes or are transitioning from long-term care facilities after surgery, injury, or a new diagnosis. This role will play a critical part in ensuring caregiver operations run smoothly, from recruitment to shift scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiver recruitment, onboarding, or scheduling in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage caregivers and clients effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience using scheduling and onboarding software.
• Ability to create SOPs and training materials to document workflows and support team expansion.
• Familiarity with non-medical caregiving services and activities of daily living (ADLs) is a plus.
• High-volume recruiting experience
• US recruitment experience is required
