• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in ATS, and recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, focusing on high-volume hiring needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Hiring Manager, through collaboration the position develops a thorough understanding of the business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and best practice in recruiting mid and senior level roles aligning objective criteria with the leadership expectations and competencies.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems, job postings, and recruitment metrics.
• Assist with employer branding efforts to attract top healthcare talent.
