Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Overview

As a Healthcare Recruiter with Ascension, you will assess organizational strategic plans, develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals, and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets.

In Short

• Full Time position with a partially remote schedule and travel required.
• Research and source candidates using technology-based search techniques.
• Consult with hiring managers to clarify job objectives and requirements.
• Perform targeted searches to generate candidate leads.
• Work with HR and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines.
• Requires High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in Nursing Recruitment.
• Outstanding relationship building and multitasking skills required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience with Nursing Recruitment preferred.
• Extensive experience sourcing healthcare talent.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
