In Short

• Source, screen, and recruit licensed Hearing Aid dispensers, Audiologists, and Hearing Instrument Apprentices.
• Complete full cycle recruiting for open requisitions including making offers.
• Post jobs through internal and external media.
• Identify sourcing activities to build a network of contacts.
• Conduct Intake Sessions with hiring managers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring stats.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Cold calling to source leads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates is a plus.
• Impeccable follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
