Overview

Ennoble Care is hiring a Manager, AI Strategy & Solutions to serve as a high-velocity tactical partner to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer. This role focuses on building and deploying AI/automation tools to achieve clinical and operational objectives.

• Act as a 'scouter' for the executive team.

• Create tools for clinical documentation support.
• Prototype workflows for patient risk stratification.
• Build agents for clinical intake and triage automation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Experience building in low-code/no-code environments.
• High technical curiosity and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
