The Solutions Manager role offers an opportunity to apply and extend cutting-edge AI to address critical challenges for Pryon’s customers and partners in various sectors.

In Short

• Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform.
• Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform.
• Provide input on product direction and strategy based on customer feedback.
• Build and validate powerful RAG workflows leveraging Pryon’s platform.
• Perform customer-facing configuration, software development, and testing.
• Drive successful go-lives of Pryon-powered solutions.
• Work jointly with software engineers and data scientists.
• Present technical solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functional areas.
• Achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting.
• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, and cloud computing technologies.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures.
• Competency in public speaking and stakeholder interaction.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.
• Outstanding team player.
