Manager, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineering - Remote

Overview

Pryon is seeking a systems-minded revenue operations & GTM engineer to enhance our Go-To-Market engine through scalable automation, infrastructure, and insights. This role bridges RevOps, data, and engineering, making it perfect for someone who thinks in systems and builds for scale.

In Short

• Own and scale Pryon’s GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
• Redesign and implement scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Evaluate and implement AI tooling and no-code/low-code tools.
• Build automations across lead routing, scoring, and reporting workflows.
• Create end-to-end campaign and pipeline automations.
• Build dashboards for full funnel visibility.
• Design and maintain forecasting infrastructure and growth diagnostics.
• Document and continuously improve GTM workflows.
• Partner with GTM teams on strategic projects and integrations.
• Conduct training for GTM representatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles.
• Advanced Salesforce administration/configuration experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Tableau or Excel.
• Fluency in automation tools such as Zapier.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code or light scripting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions.
