Healthcare Recruiter - Contract Position - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the healthcare talent market, ideally within the Architecture, Interior and Engineering (AEI) industry. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position focusing on full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions.

• Full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions, mainly in Rochester, MN.
• Advanced stakeholder management and a strong business acumen to work closely with hiring teams and candidates.
• Build and manage your pipeline actively including active sourcing.
• Leverage tools from our applicant tracking system to automate tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
• Develop relationships with the recruiting team for communication and updates.
• Work on recruitment-related projects and prepare reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment.
• Experience in the Architecture, Interior and Engineering (AEI) Industry.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
• Ability to organize fluctuating workload and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-accountability.

Benefits

• Salary range of $71,000 to $90,000 annually.
