Overview

The Manager of Training & Onboarding is a key leader responsible for designing and executing the end-to-end onboarding experience for clinical and administrative staff, especially during new clinic launches and new system rollouts.

In Short

  • Monitor system usage trends for improvements.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams.
  • Act as a first-line resource for clinical teams needing support.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills required.
  • Passion for women’s health and care experience.

Requirements

  • Clinical background (MA, LPN, RN, NP, CNM) required.
  • 3–5+ years in training or clinical operations.
  • Experience with Athenahealth preferred.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter.
