In Short

• Full-time remote position as a Patient Representative.
• Focus on creating a high-quality patient experience.
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls and messages.
• Support patient scheduling and manage appointment follow-ups.
• Must be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
• Requires a minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience.
