Overview

As a Remote Return to Work Representative at Sedgwick, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their return to work after facing disabilities. This position allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on people's lives.

In Short

  • Remote position requiring bilingual skills in French, Hindi, Bengali, or other languages.
  • Work hours include Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST and other shifts.
  • Facilitate return-to-work efforts for claimants.
  • Negotiate with clients and treatment providers.
  • Document all client interactions as per standards.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients post-placement.
  • Adhere to medical and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless transitions.
  • Requires a high school diploma; bachelor's preferred.
  • Three years of related experience required.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French, Hindi, Bengali, or other languages.
  • HS Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of related experience, including return-to-work experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
