As a Claims Representative at Sedgwick, you will analyze and process auto and transportation claims, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.

• Analyze and process low to mid-level auto claims
• Assess damage and make payments
• Ensure claim files are properly documented
• Develop action plans to meet contract deadlines
• Identify subrogation opportunities
• Maintain professional client relations
• Perform coverage and liability analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years of claims management experience
• Knowledge of construction basics
• Property estimating software experience a plus
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle work-related stress and meet deadlines
