Overview

The Operations Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for routing and assigning claims and providing operational support to claims staff, ensuring timely and accurate workflow distribution.

In Short

  • Route and assign claims within the management system.
  • Provide operational support to claims staff.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain required information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Experience in claims management preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Able to manage high volume work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
