In Short

• Lead dispensaries through implementation of Flowhub.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with customers.
• Provide training and best practices for using Flowhub.
• Manage projects to take dispensaries live across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems.
• Audit accounts during implementation for any gaps.
• Refine onboarding processes based on insights and updates.
• Capture and escalate customer insights to relevant teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Builder’s mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Familiarity with cannabis retail workflows is a plus.
• Genuine passion for technology and the cannabis industry.
