In Short

  • Troubleshoot technical issues across Flowhub Maui, Flowhub Pay, and hardware integrations.
  • Support customers on MacOS, Windows, and iOS setups.
  • Engage with customers via chat, phone, video, and screen-share.
  • Distinguish between software defects vs. setup/configuration issues.
  • Write clear documentation and update the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Live values of high performance, low ego, accountability, inclusion.
