Overview

Vercel is looking for a Sales Trainer & Onboarding Manager to build and deliver our first in-person sales and customer success onboarding program: Vercel Bootcamp. This role is designed for someone who excels at training and has a strong point of view on sales excellence.

In Short

  • Design and execute Vercel Bootcamp for onboarding sales and customer success reps.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding curriculum for effective ramp experience.
  • Facilitate training sessions on sales methodologies and product knowledge.
  • Develop asynchronous onboarding resources like playbooks and learning modules.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure training reflects latest priorities.
  • Coach new hires and track their progress during ramp period.
  • Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through data analysis.
  • Act as a thought leader in sales enablement to drive productivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in developer tools.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales cycles and buyer personas.
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator for training technical concepts.
  • Experience in training program design and curriculum development.
  • Skilled at creating structured onboarding experiences.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset for program design and execution.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
