Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or employee engagement.
• Proven experience with the employee life cycle.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India, US, and Canada.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High ownership and accountability.
• Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS and automation.
• Ability to work independently.
