Manager of M&A - Remote

Overview

The Manager of M&A will be integral to the execution of our high growth roll up of MSPs, requiring a strong background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

• Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and project management skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
