Manager of FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of FP&A and providing organized and detail oriented financial reporting analysis and support within the Finance division of a growing financial company.

In Short

• Design and implement monthly reporting for departmental budget owners.
• Support Financial Reporting application management and design.
• Analyze and consolidate Annual, Quarterly and monthly forecast processes.
• Provide monthly expense analysis and commentaries.
• Organize the processing and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and maintain integrity of the GL accounting system.
• Update and maintain policies & procedure documentation.
• Meet contractual commitments to clients through timely reporting.
• Perform other job-related and management duties as directed.
• Lead by example and guide the team to win/win solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to manage and coach financial staff.
