Manager of CRM - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Manager of CRM to drive the development and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

• Drive the development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in CRM or Data Analytics project management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flow.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
