Overview

As the Director of Operations - Finance at New Story, you will guide the financial health of our special education schools and programs, partnering closely with operational leaders to support strong performance and long-term growth. This role blends strategic analysis with hands-on financial leadership to ensure our services remain impactful, sustainable, and student centered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Expertise with financial planning systems and BI tools.
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
