• Remote-based role for a candidate in the Greater Cleveland area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience.
• Broad HR expertise across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development.
• Strong working knowledge of state and local employment laws.
• Experience using an HRIS platform and proficiency with MS Office.
