Overview

NewRocket is seeking a Business Process Architect to lead and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts, focusing on capturing customer business processes and managing outcomes on complex enterprise projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant.
• Expertise in CSM programs and ServiceNow ITAM suite.
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or similar technical discipline.
