In Short

• Business process analysis: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in a client's business processes
• Solution design: Create and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions that meet the client's goals
• Implementation: Configure and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to support the new processes
• Training and support: Train clients on how to use the new processes and ServiceNow functionalities
• Continuous improvement: Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
• Client relationship management: Manage client relationships and provide mentoring to team members
• Process documentation: Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and related documentation
• Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes
• Ongoing support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 4 year Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Experience with Agile
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric skills
• Ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• Industry domain expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio
• Highly skilled with presenting and running workshops
