Overview

As a ServiceNow Business Consultant, you will support clients in transforming their IT towards cloud solutions, working alongside a specialized team and leveraging your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Deepen technological knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understand processes modeled by ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
• Learn about business processes and market best practices supporting offered technologies.
• Apply acquired knowledge to support project activities for end clients.
• Work in a project team reporting to a Project Manager or Technical Leader.
• Contribute to the growth of colleagues and the company.

Requirements

• Technical studies background.
• Degree or diploma in scientific or IT subjects preferred.
• Proficient in English is a plus.
• Good knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, SOAP Webservice, API Programming.
• Teamwork skills.
• Communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to understand company offerings and client needs.
• Ability to draft conceptual analyses and technical solutions.
