In Short

• Deepen technological knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understand processes modeled by ServiceNow application solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps).
• Gain knowledge of business processes and market best practices supporting technologies and solutions offered to clients.
• Analyze client needs and guide them regarding technological solutions offered by the company, particularly on ServiceNow.
• Consultative skills and client relationship management.
• Support pre-sales activities.
• Assist in drafting technical responses and tenders.
• Manage complex projects.
• Handle project billing and reporting activities.
• Work in a project team reporting to a Project Manager when not in the same position.

Requirements

• Technical studies background.
• Degree or diploma in scientific or IT subjects preferred.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, SOAP Webservice, API Programming.
• CSA certification and specialization in one or more application modules.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to draft conceptual analyses and technical solutions.
