Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant.
• Expertise in ITAM and ITOM programs.
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or similar technical discipline.
• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops.
