Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Business Process Architect to drive operational excellence and transformational projects across our organization. This individual will act as a trusted consultant to process owners, leading complex process improvement projects.

• Partner with process owners and executive leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Manage high-impact initiatives using Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma methodologies.
• Incorporate design thinking methods for user-centric solutions.
• Guide teams through process improvement journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business process management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience facilitating enterprise-level process transformations.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or technology is a plus.
