Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert, helping customers translate business requirements into configuration requirements using ServiceNow’s SPM and EA solutions, aiming to align IT with business strategy and drive measurable value.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with global organizations.
• 7+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
