Overview

The Senior Business Process Consultant will work with customers to guide them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow SPM products, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Act as a process expert for Enterprise Architecture using ServiceNow products.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of consulting experience with complex organizations.
• Over seven years of experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF, IT4IT).
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects.
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on customer success.
• Experience with cloud computing and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Desired certifications: ServiceNow Administrator, TOGAF.
