In Short

• Lead business process analysis and reengineering efforts to support successful ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution designs align with business requirements.
• Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Support Agile development cycles by contributing to sprint planning and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on process improvement opportunities.
• Help define platform governance and change management strategies.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates, documentation, and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or project management on federal contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with federal compliance and security standards.
• Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Ability to adapt quickly to secure or highly regulated environments.
