Overview

The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and collaboration with stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow projects.
• Advise internal clients on suitable solutions.
• Prepare documentation for various committees.
• Manage budgets, risks, and resources related to projects.
• Implement methodologies and best practices (Agile, ITIL, etc.).
• Anticipate and propose solutions for blocking points.
• Propose solutions to improve business processes proactively.
• Close the project with the client and conduct a retrospective.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in IT service management.
• In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mastery of project management and task tracking tools.
• Bilingual in French/English (or another relevant language).
