In Short

  • Drive technical programs end-to-end including AI, Data Family Health and Wellness Software product.
  • Coordinate with Engineering teams on Consumer Software architectures and AI technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify product and technology gaps.
  • Manage prioritization and scoping across functions.
  • Optimize processes and resource bottlenecks across organizations.
  • Lead a team of Technical Program Managers and Agile coaches.
  • Participate in product user testing to establish market fit metrics.
  • Present project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical product/program management experience.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in AI/ML technology programs from inception to delivery.
  • Background in software development and AI technologies.
  • Strong program and people leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate rapid development cycles and constant change.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
