• Establish a consistent Delivery methodology for software development.
• Oversee execution of multiple projects across Core Tech.
• Lead the Delivery Team focused on cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive Jira consistency and maximize its use across Datavant.
• Partner with Product Operations on strategic planning and budgeting.
• Use work management data to identify barriers and recommend solutions.
• Own tracking and reporting metrics around the plan and schedule.
• Build relationships and communicate with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles.
• BA/BS degree highly desired, PMI-ACP or PMP certification a plus.
• Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong hands-on Jira knowledge.
• Ability to kickstart multi-org complex programs.
• Ability to use data to drive discussions and align teams.
• Excellence in communication and execution.
• Experience leading and growing teams.
• Comfortable leading under ambiguous conditions.
• Professional team player with strong leadership skills.
