RAPP Detroit is looking for a Director, Program Management to join our award-winning Program Management team, ensuring the accounts and the agency runs like a well-oiled machine, driving cross-functional collaboration and optimal delivery.

In Short

• Drive planning and execution across multiple accounts of simultaneous integrated projects.
• Instill confidence in the management of the workflow delivery process.
• Track delivery progress and manage account resources, vendors, and budgets.
• Provide realistic solutions through effective project communication.
• Manage business proactively and escalate issues as needed.
• Implement and enforce agency processes within the team.
• Develop direct reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build internal relationships and ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage project communication across departments.
• Drive project delivery process and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10 years of experience in CRM and campaign management.
• Experience in project management methodologies (CSM, PMP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies and multi-platform content production.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent risk management and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills with a desire to mentor PM talent.
• Project documentation samples required.
