Overview

The Director of Program Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful development and launch of our program, product, and transformation efforts, liaising across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with program goals, and overseeing the execution of complex strategic initiatives to ensure they achieve objectives and key results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in program management.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project.
• Proven expertise in change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms.
