RAPP Dallas is looking for a Director, Program Management to join our award-winning Program Management team, ensuring the agency runs as a well-oiled machine, driving cross-functional collaboration and optimal delivery.

• Drive planning and execution across multiple accounts of simultaneous integrated projects.
• Manage workflow delivery process and assess risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10 years of experience in CRM and campaign management.
• Experience in multiplatform content extensions.
• Working knowledge of web technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent risk management and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills with a desire to mentor.
• Project documentation samples required.
