Overview

The Director of Technical Program Manager will lead the strategy, optimization, and execution of cross-functional technical programs to drive platform development and integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 5 years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing complex technical programs, especially in cloud platforms and AI/ML.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in high-performance teams.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Experience with SRE and operations teams for reliability and scalability.
• Mastery of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Passion for technology and delivering user-centric solutions.
