In Short

• Assist in the management of security and IT projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between security, IT, compliance, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Support customer communications related to security and compliance initiatives.
• Help identify, track, and facilitate the remediation of security and IT issues.
• Support budget planning efforts by gathering cost estimates and tracking expenses.
• Assist in refining program management processes for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering, security, IT, and compliance teams.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program milestones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or project management.
• Strong understanding of security and IT concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience tracking budgets and resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
