In Short

• Onboards new data providers onto the firm’s data access network.
• Establishes and enhances best practices for client success teams in a financial technology environment.
• Works with financial institutions on the discovery process to analyze their current state and enhance the size of the engagement.
• Builds and improves customer workflows to create efficiencies and improve the experience.
• Documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Confers with personnel concerned to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Plans studies of work problems and procedures -- organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Technical Program Manager onboarding financial institutions to data access networks.
• Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field and four years of experience as a Technical Program Manager onboarding financial institutions to data access networks.
• Demonstrated Expertise managing Cloud-based Software as a Services (SaaS) client implementations using Agile frameworks and tools.
• DE articulating client implementation project objectives and requirements into specific business outcomes with timelines through statements of work and project plans developed using Microsoft Office tools.
• DE in Client Engagement Management representing financial institutions and financial technology companies.
• DE in Cloud-based software development projects managing software projects from start to finish.
