Overview

The PrePass Program Management team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help expand our commercial vehicle safety program into a market leader. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who excels in collaborating with customers, operational teams, and technical development teams.

In Short

• Support the technical aspects of business, sales, solution delivery, and development processes related to specific SaaS offerings.
• Document requirements, manage pricing models, generate statements of work/pricing proposals, respond to RFPs.
• Manage vendor relationships and processes.
• Analyze QA processes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and product teams.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the business team.
• Oversee solution delivery and analyze service delivery and performance metrics.
• Review and test new product features from the customer’s perspective.
• Participate in the problem management process.
• Attend industry and customer events to foster business relationships.
• Conduct market research and gather voice-of-customer (VOC) insights.
• Interface with customers, gather and analyze solution requirements, and propose optimal solutions.
