The Strategic Market Segment Director – Government Sector will define and lead PrePass’s go-to-market strategy for the public sector, collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and influence market direction.

  • Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap priorities.
  • Serve as a key strategic liaison with public sector partners.
  • Represent PrePass at government and industry forums.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for market penetration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing or business strategy.
  • Proven success in market segmentation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep understanding of public sector funding and procurement.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
