  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • 2+ years’ experience in cross-functional roles.
  • Experience in project management and translating strategy into execution.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and synthesize data.
  • Desirable experience in healthcare consulting or start-ups.
